Refund policy

Returns
We offer a 90-day return policy, which begins from the date your order is delivered to you. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may initiate a return request by contacting us at team@zeliabeauty.store. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for any necessary returns and cover all costs.

Defective, Damaged, or Broken Items
We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives defective or damaged, or if it breaks during use within 90 days of delivery, we will accept a return, no matter the circumstance. Simply contact us at team@zeliabeauty.store and we will resolve the issue immediately.

Refund Processing 
Once your return is received at our facility, we will process your refund immediately. Your refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow 2 to 5 days for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the correct item is to return your original purchase; once the return is processed, you may place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
In addition to the above, if your merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Policy for Non-Delivery
If your order does not arrive within 20 days of the order date due to a failure of arrival based on the shipping address you entered at checkout, you are entitled to a full refund of the total order amount without the need to return any items.

Order Cancellations
We strive to fulfill and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Because of our efficient processing system, we have a limited window of time to modify or cancel an order.

Cancellation Window: If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us at team@zeliabeauty.store within 2 hours of placing your order.

Post-Shipment: Once an order has been processed and a tracking number has been generated, we are unable to cancel or modify the order. However, you may initiate a return for a refund once you have received your package, in accordance with our 90-day return policy stated above.
